Equilend Statement on FINRA’s Proposed Rule 6500 Series (SLATE)

Equilend notes that FINRA has published proposed Rule 6500 Series designed to support reporting of securities loans under SEC Rule 10c-1a.

Equilend will be closely reviewing FINRA’s proposed rule and actively participating in the industry dialogue to ensure a successful rollout of Rule 10c-1a.
